We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for a short-term engagement based in West Des Moines, IA . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, along with hands-on experience with CHARM, Solution Manager (SolMan), and ALM tools.
Key Responsibilities:Perform SAP system administration including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Conduct performance tuning and system monitoring to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues across SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Work with CHARM and Solution Manager (SolMan) for change control and system documentation.
Utilize ALM tools for managing application lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper networking, security, and system connectivity.
Support system copies, client copies, and transport management.
Proven experience in SAP Basis administration .
Expertise in performance tuning and system troubleshooting .
Strong working knowledge of CHARM , SolMan , and ALM tools .
Basic understanding of networking principles and their impact on SAP systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment.
