MINIMUM 1 Year OF RECENT SCREEN-PRINTING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Screen-Printing Operator to fill an opening at a promotional item warehouse in Sunnyvale, TX.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Requirements for the Screen-Printing Operator:
- Minimum of 6 months of recent screen-printing experience
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience operating manual and/or automatic screen-printing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality prints
- Ability to follow print specifications, layouts, and artwork instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and adapt to varying materials and products
- Ability to troubleshoot basic printing issues (ink flow, alignment, registration, etc.)
- Prior experience in roles such as Print Technician, Screen Print Press Operator, Garment Printer, or Textile Production Associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Screen-Printing Operator:
- Operate screen-printing machines to print designs on promotional items such as t-shirts, tote bags, and other custom products
- Set up screens, load garments, align prints, and monitor print quality throughout production
- Mix inks and ensure proper color matching per job specifications
- Inspect printed items for quality, consistency, and alignment
- Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance
- Work with production team to meet daily quotas and project deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
