In this role, you will work full-time remotely, facilitating Agile processes and ceremonies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Track and report project progress using Agile tools and metrics
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and principles
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Certification in Scrum Master (e.g., CSM) is a plus
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello
- Passion for driving team collaboration and delivering high-quality results
