Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Hands-On Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile methodologies and deep familiarity with JIRA and the Atlassian toolset.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving team performance while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.
