Our Fortune 500, Fortune's "Best Places to Work" client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its high-performing Agile team. T he Scrum Master will lead and facilitate Agile delivery processes across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Oversee product teams to ensure sprint backlogs are well- managed, commitments are reasonable, stories are actively swarmed, sprint goals are consistently delivered, and quality and performance expectations are met.
- Ensure product teams understand the business context, product vision, user stories, and sprint goals.
- Develop and negotiate team working agreements, effective user stories, acceptance criteria, and a clear definition of done.
- Oversee product teams in self-organization/management, cross-functional collaboration, team dynamics and interpersonal skills.
- Protect product teams from interruptions, manage risks, and actively remove impediments.
- Perform ongoing assessments of teams and programs, to provide recommendations regarding continuous improvement.
- Help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing their predictability, teamwork, and practices.
- Help develop, lead and/or facilitate workshops around story mapping/breakdown, user & persona creation, value-stream mapping, product road-mapping, project inception, launch, etc.
- Collaborate with individuals across all levels and roles to educate on agile principles, best practices, and tools to improve workflows and drive successful product deliverables.
- Manage agile product ceremonies and activities including daily stand-up meetings, product and sprint backlog refinement, sprint reviews, agile board management and retrospectives.
- Partner with the product managers/product owners to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-refined, prioritized, and -transparent.
- Assist in dependency management, cross-team test and delivery coordination, and release management/support for agile teams.
- May require travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Works independently with major impact on team delivery and outcomes.
- Supports the planning and execution of strategic projects across medium to large teams.
- Coaches, mentors, and delegates work to junior team members or other professionals.
- Contributes to developing new tools, standards, and operating procedures within the Agile function.
Leadership & Talent Management:
- Provides ongoing coaching and training to Agile team members and business partners.
- Manages complex projects and facilitates team alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Builds strong working relationships across technical and business teams .
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Scrum/Agile experience with in-depth knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, roles, and ceremonies.
- Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong ability to navigate group dynamics, coach through challenges, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Agile tools and collaboration platforms including Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Highly organized, motivating, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification strongly preferred.
- Experience working in large-scale Agile environments or with enterprise product delivery teams.
