Identifies and assesses risks & issues; performs impact analysis and prioritization;
manages identified risks & issues to resolution by removing impediments that prevent team from completing the work negotiated for a given sprint; provides effective reporting of impact and status

Required

3 years of scrum master delivery experience including additional 2 years of agile project experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification preferred or
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification plus 3 years of experience
