Lead Agile teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product demos, and retrospectives.
Support and coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
Collaborate with Product Owners to align sprint planning and backlog grooming with business priorities.
Guide teams through the Agile delivery process, ensuring consistent application of best practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Promote continuous improvement by identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.
Deliver training sessions through web-based platforms (e.g., WebEx, Skype, Polycom).
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA.
Ensure project deliverables align with organizational policies, standards, and goals.
Certified Scrum Master (active certification required; attach documentation).
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
Minimum 2 years' experience delivering web-based training sessions (e.g., via WebEx, Skype).
Minimum 2 years' experience working in Agile project methodology .
Minimum 2 years' experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives).
Minimum 2 years' experience mentoring Agile teams on principles, policies, and procedures.
Minimum 2 years' experience in work planning aligned with Product Owner priorities .
Minimum 2 years' experience with software development processes, tools, standards, and best practices .
Minimum 5 years' experience working on Agile software development and service design-based delivery within:
Large organizations (government or private) with 5,000+ employees, OR
Startups/small businesses addressing complex challenges at scale.
5 years' experience in web services or web development .
5 years' experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels including executives.
2 years' experience working in or for public sector organizations .
1 year of experience with cross-functional teams using UX, service design, or human-centered design approaches .
