Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will play a key role across a variety of client delivery solutions. This can include conducting organization diagnostics, talent assessments, reporting, developing talent solutions, and coaching.

  • Conduct in-depth assessments for selection placement, transition planning, and development
  • Participate and/or lead executive interviews and focus groups to identify organization strengths, gaps, and opportunities
  • Utilize various qualitative and quantitative survey methods to identify organization issues and themes including preparation of how we share with clients
  • Identify key themes and insights from data and translate those themes into recommendation areas
  • Support Principals by leading the project structure, updates, and provide client feedback around key milestones associated with large- scale assessment projects
  • Prepare and present key results, findings and recommendations to executive teams, Boards and other key clients.
  • Develop business aligned themes and solutions and communicate in a credible and impactful manner
  • Demonstrate a client-first approach by listening and adapting to client needs
  • Continuously seek expansion of services with existing clients
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Organization Behavior, Organization Psychology, MBA in Strategy / Leadership or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of applicable work experience in either external management consulting or in-house strategy, executive assessment, leadership development or organization development in a world-class talent management company
  • Must have proven experience advising business leaders in a consulting or internal leadership development capacity.
  • Prior training and/or certification in psychometric tools for personality, cognitive ability, 360’s etc.
  • Willingness to travel and work from home in a self-directed manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently and with a secure internet connection (if remote)
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
