**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3+ years in building automation and control systems installation.
- Strong grasp of mechanical systems, control wiring, and low-voltage electrical protocols.
- Proven leadership and field coordination experience.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical and control drawings.
- Expertise in conduit bending and device mounting.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics with test instruments.
- Effective communicator with project managers and engineers.
- Commitment to OSHA safety standards and site safety.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with top BAS platforms, basic networking knowledge, and prior experience in healthcare, government, or institutional settings.
