Job description:

Lead or support migration projects involving collaboration platforms cloud services or enterprise applications
Serve as the Slack SME Subject Matter Expert manage workspace configurations user provisioning integrations and governance
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless transition and adoption of Slack and other tools
Develop and maintain scripts eg Python Shell PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks monitor system health and streamline onboarding offboarding processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Slack integrations data migration and user experience
Document processes configurations and best practices for internal knowledge sharing
