3–6+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands (agency or in-house).
Experience developing social strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
Hands-on management of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Background in paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is highly valued.
Experience with community management, influencer collaborations, and social listening tools.
Prior work in a marketing or creative agency (managing multiple client accounts) is a strong advantage.
Experience in industries like consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, tech, or e-commerce is often preferred.
Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling tailored to each platform.
Knowledge of social analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or native platform insights).
Ability to analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, CTR) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Creative mindset with an understanding of trends, memes, and platform-specific best practices.
Excellent project management and communication skills for working with designers, video editors, and clients.
Strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand voice consistency.
