We’re a successful real estate team based in USA, looking for a motivated **Virtual Assistant** to support sales, client communication, and lead management. You'll assist with outreach, CRM updates, scheduling, and delivering excellent service.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and follow up with leads
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
* Support social media and marketing tasks
* Schedule appointments and update CRM
**Requirements:**
* Bilingual: English & Spanish
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate support
* Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media
* Remote work setup with reliable internet
