With fully equipped clinics in Newbury Park and Ventura , we offer clinic-based Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy designed to support children with developmental, speech, and motor challenges. The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist —either a Clinical Fellow or a licensed SLP—who is passionate about working with children in a supportive clinical setting. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment results

  • Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to children with a variety of communication needs

  • Collaborate with caregivers and other therapy team members to promote progress across settings

  • Document services and maintain records in an electronic health system

  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical support offered by CTN

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Eligible for or actively pursuing California licensure

  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply — structured CFY support is available

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is preferred

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience working in pediatric or developmental therapy

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Experience with early intervention, social communication skills, or AAC

  • Interest in mentoring, clinical education, or program development

  • Responsive to family communication and caregiver collaboration
