Residential Camp Cook/Chef - Tomahawk Ranch

Are you looking for a full-time, part-time, or temporary summer job? Come work for Tomahawk Ranch's commercial kitchen! We are hiring hard working and dedicated staff for weekends, and seasonal work!

Pay: $22-$30/hour plus Paid Sick Leave

Optional: For kitchen staff who desire to stay onsite, a $25/week room and board charge will apply. Meals are $6.50 each for meals consumed off the clock.

General Duties:  Responsible for helping to prepare meals for campers and staff during summer camp program, preparing meals for special diets, cleaning/organizing kitchen & appliances. This role will be responsible for supervising prep/line cooks and dishwashers as directed by the Camp Director.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial/commercial kitchen.
• Experience cooking and serving 50 to 250 people per day.
• Ability to modify meals for special dietary needs.
• Current Serv Safe certification, or willingness to be trained in Serv Safe by GSCO.
