Summary The Summer Fun Instructor is responsible for the overall supervision of children to ensure their safety and physical well-being. The Instructor will go on field trips with the children and provide guidance and support to develop social skills and build self-confidence.
Duties The Summer Fun Instructor is responsible for the overall classroom management, cleanliness, and behavior management of children in their care. Plan and lead hands-on activities that ensure student engagement, actively supervise children to ensure their safety and well- being. Maintain a clean, safe organized learning environment. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attend and supervise children on field trips. Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers.
Requirements At least 1 year of preschool/child care experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of different ages and backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents, and staff members.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.

Creativity in planning and executing engaging activities that promote learning and fun
Strong organizational skills
