Qualifications3+ years of professional sushi chef experience required (fine dining/omakase preferred)
Exceptional knife skills and deep knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques
Experience with premium seafood handling and sourcing
Strong artistic plating skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume upscale environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required or obtainable
