Position Highlights:
- Compensation: Up to $150,000 base (DOE) + 10% annual bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, fully remote role
- Type: Direct hire – long-term career opportunity with a growing firm
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical reviews of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with IRS standards and provide sign-off authority as a licensed professional.
- Represent clients before the IRS as needed.
- Collaborate with preparers and advisors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal client outcomes.
- Support process improvements to maintain efficiency and high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential (required).
- Strong technical tax review background, ideally within public accounting, wealth management, or financial services.
- Experience handling complex returns and providing IRS representation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative.
