Technical Content Creator I Location Remote in St. Louis, MO :

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical content creation experience.
• Ability to request, accept, and share constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in using video creation and editing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and mentor.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Clear, engaging voice, and a professional on-camera presence to effectively connect with our customer, partner, and internal audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/marketing/graphic design/communications field (Preferred).
• 1-2 years technical content creation experience (Preferred).
• Experience with AI video creation and editing tools (Preferred)

What will you be doing?

As a Technical Content Creator I, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality ATC Labs & Learning content videos using various video creation and editing tools. You will also author and publish written content for both internal and external audiences, scope and build solution lab content, and ensure all content meets ATC Labs & Learning quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver quality content, assist with stakeholder management, support data-informed decisions, and be involved in developing the content standards and ensuring compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain high quality ATC Labs & Learning content videos using video creation and editing tools (Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Suite tools, etc.) on various technologies from numerous topics such as AI, cybersecurity, networking, automation, cloud, etc.
• Author and publish wwt.com written content (Learning Path content, articles, lab guides, blog posts, etc.) for our internal and external audiences.
• Scope, build, and publish solution lab content under the guidance of ATC Solution Development engineers and architects.
• Develop, maintain, and champion ATC Labs & Learning content quality standards.
• Inspect, review, and provide constructive feedback on the ATC-Solutions Development team's content for quality, accuracy, and meeting all ATC Labs & Learning content standards.
• Collaborating with ATC Solutions Development lead/managers, learning content owners (architects/engineers), and support teams to deliver quality content.
• Assist with internal stakeholders, WWT partner, and customer management, learning path/series persona development, and internal/beta testing.
• Cross-collaboration with product marketing to ensure alignment with ATC Solutions Development goals.
• Partner with ATC Solutions Development managers/leads in ATC Learning offerings analysis and supporting data-informed decisions.
