RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of title documents.
- Verifying the accuracy of information on title applications.
- Coordinating with the DMV and other agencies to ensure timely processing.
- Maintaining organized records of all title transactions.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal staff.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software.
- Previous automotive title processing experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
