Responsibilities
- Process all registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV.
- License plate issuing and transfers
- Check for completeness and accuracy on all required forms in deal files.
- Assist in maintaining title files and MSO files for inventory.
- Handle additional office duties as assigned
- Will need to travel for training 4-6 weeks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred
- Title and registration, WebDealer experience required
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
