Trust & Estate Planning Attorney – Manchester, NH or Boston, MA
A highly respected New England law firm is expanding its Trust & Estate Planning team and seeking an experienced attorney or small attorney group with a portable book of business to join a collaborative, well-resourced practice.
What You’ll Do: - Advise high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning & probate
- Create tax-efficient strategies, asset protection plans, & trust administration
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents
- Grow and manage your own client base within a supportive team
What We’re Looking For: - J.D. (LL.M. in Taxation preferred)
- 7+ years in private practice, focus on estate planning/administration
- Licensed in MA or NH (or eligible to waive in)
- Familiarity with MA & NH probate/tax law
- 15+ years remaining in legal career
