Be the reason parking lots reopen safely after every storm
Service area: Chicagoland, SE Wisconsin, and NW Indiana. We operate across numerous sites, including: Waukegan, Schaumburg, Melrose Park, Crystal Lake, Elgin, Rockford, Northbrook, Oak Brook, Bolingbrook, Naperville, Joliet, Orland Park, Olympia Fields, Frankfort . To place you at a site near you, we may request your home address.
What you'll do
- Execute parking lot plowing based on dispatch/foreman instructions.
- Salt, shovel, and support walkway treatment when directed.
- Verify fuel status at the start and end of each event; use onsite fuel cells when available and complete daily fuel logs.
- Maintain a clean cab free of trash and debris.
- Report incidents/accidents to your foreman immediately.
- Inspect equipment condition, prioritize safety, and escalate maintenance needs right away.
What makes you successful here
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in commercial snow removal or operating heavy equipment.
- Strength: Able to lift at least 50 lbs.; comfortable shoveling and salting walks as needed.
- Driving standards: Maintain a legal, clean driving record; CDL if applicable.
- Safety mindset: Willing to complete a National Safety Council defensive driving course if required.
- Equipment skill: Proficient in Skid Steer Operation .
How we work
During winter weather events, the team responds to assignments from dispatch and field foremen, prioritizing fast, safe parking lot clearance and precise documentation. Cab cleanliness, timely fuel logging, and immediate incident reporting are core expectations.
